BULLETIN BOARD

August 17th, 2009
Well, after a hiatus due to Military training, as well as a very busy schedule at work, we are finnally back!
For those of you who may have been wondering, the 5th Reg. Armory was a bust. At least, the night we were there it was.
But these matters which we investigate do not perform on cue, so maybe another time.
A special thanks goes out to Mike, who has informed us about some more places in the Pocomoke area which may be of interest.
We are planning, at either rate, on revisiting the old cemetery off of Old Iron Furnace Rd, with an emphasis on the woods
behind it, commonly known as the Pusey Branch Nature Trail. With families, Military duties, etc., we are still trying to co-ordinate
a good time to do so, as well as to follow up on the leads which Mike gave us.
Please allow me to take an oppurtunity to encourage everyone here on the shore, if you have a story, or know of some
good folklore, legend, etc, please email it to us! We are, as far as I know, the only group dedicated specifically to the
Eastern Shore. We shoremen (and women) know that our rivers, marshes, and woods hold a great deal of history. So share it
with us! Even if we do not get to investigate it, we can at least put the story here on the site, and maybe one of you out
there can.
And hey everyone loves a good ghost story.
So, send us your stories, and we will pick the best ones, and I will build a page right here on this site, and publish
it. Pictures to (tastelfully!!!) if you have them.
Please keep the requests coming in. Our case manager, Ms. Zimmerman, will be our correspondent in this matter, and will
help you and us along our way.
Thanks Again,
Rich Blevins
